Mission Statement

The Technical/Maintenance Department is dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of all church facilities and technical systems, creating an environment where worshippers can focus on their spiritual journey without distractions. We see our work as a ministry, serving God by maintaining His house with excellence, diligence, and commitment.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Technical Support

   • Manage and operate sound systems, projectors, and live-streaming equipment during church services and events.

   • Ensure high-quality audio and visual experience for both in-person and online congregants.

   • Troubleshoot and maintain all technical equipment to prevent disruptions during services.

2. Facility Maintenance

   • Regular inspection and upkeep of the church building, ensuring a clean and functional environment.

   • Addressing repairs in electrical, plumbing, and structural areas.

   • Coordinating with contractors for major renovations and improvements.

3. Security & Safety

   • Ensure the safety of worshippers by maintaining fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and security cameras.

   • Conduct periodic safety drills and equipment checks.

   • Implement security measures to protect church property and members.

4. IT & Digital Management

   • Maintain the church’s website, social media platforms, and other digital communication channels.

   • Provide technical assistance for online services, virtual meetings, and digital outreach.

   • Protect the church’s data and ensure cybersecurity best practices.
