Mission Statement

The Teacher Department is committed to equipping believers with biblical knowledge, wisdom, and understanding, fostering spiritual growth and discipleship. Through sound doctrine, engaging teachings, and practical applications of God’s Word, we aim to nurture faith, build character, and raise Christ-centered individuals.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Biblical Instruction & Discipleship

   • Teach the Word of God with clarity, accuracy, and spiritual insight.

   • Conduct Sunday School, Bible study sessions, and discipleship training.

   • Foster an atmosphere where learning about Christ is engaging and life-transforming.

2. Curriculum Development

   • Prepare lesson plans based on biblical principles and church doctrines.

   • Ensure teachings are scripturally sound and applicable to daily Christian living.

   • Develop structured courses for new believers and mature Christians.

3. Spiritual Mentorship & Guidance

   • Provide guidance and counseling to individuals seeking deeper spiritual understanding.

   • Encourage personal Bible study, devotion, and prayer life.

   • Foster a love for God’s Word and a desire for continued spiritual growth.

4. Youth & Children’s Education

   • Work closely with the Children’s Department to ensure proper biblical training for young believers.

   • Teach Christian morals and values to the next generation.

   • Organize interactive Bible-based learning activities for youth and children.

5. Training & Leadership Development

   • Organize training programs to develop new teachers and leaders.

   • Encourage members to discover and utilize their teaching gifts for God’s glory.

   • Equip future church leaders with biblical knowledge and ministry skills.
